🔪 How to Make Thai Peanut Noodles

All you need is noodles and peanut sauce! Simply boil the noodles according to the package instructions.

While they cook, whisk together all the peanut sauce ingredients. Want to turn this into a full meal? Toss in some snap peas, shredded carrots, sliced chicken, edamame, or bell peppers. Otherwise, just top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for a simple but delicious dish.

🔪 How to Make Thai Peanut Sauce

This sauce is what makes the dish so flavorful! It’s made with:

  • Peanut butter for creaminess
  • Soy sauce for umami
  • Sesame oil for richness
  • Sriracha and chili paste for heat
  • Brown sugar to balance the flavors
  • Vinegar to add a little tang
  • Garlic and ginger for depth

Just whisk everything together in a bowl or measuring cup until smooth. If you’re making it ahead, store it in the fridge and give it a quick stir before using. When mixed with warm noodles, the peanut butter melts beautifully, creating the ultimate creamy sauce.
