  • The Ore-Ida Extra Crispy Frozen Fast Food brand of frozen fries
  • Vegetable oil

FOR THE SEASONING MIXTURE:

  • Garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Chili powder

FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE:

  • Milk
  • Jalapeño liquid from the jar
  • American cheese

🔪 How To Make Taco Bell Nacho Fries:

  • Mix the seasoning for the fries together. In a bowl, combine all the components for the seasoning and put to the side.
  • Warm up the oil. Put your oil into a saucepan until it’s filled by 3 inches and heat it up to 350 F.
  • Throw the fries into the pan. Fry for 6 to 8 minutes over medium-high heat in the warm oil until they reach the desired crunch and transfer them to a plate covered in paper towels to absorb the oil.
  • Let it chill. Once the fries have cooled off, prepare the cheese sauce.

  • Use a safe bowl of the microwave. Get your cheese our and slice into tiny bits. Add into the rest of the sauce components in your bowl.

  • 1 pound of the Ore-Ida Extra Crispy Frozen Fast Food brand of fries

FOR THE SEASONING MIXTURE:

  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper

FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE:

  • 16 slices of american cheese
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of jalapeño liquid from the jar

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the components for the seasoning mixture and put it to the side.
  • Pour the oil into the saucepan until it covers 3 inches at the least, then heat it up to 350 F.
  • Throw the fries in the warm oil and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until crunchy. Remove them and transfer to a plate covered in paper towels to absorb the oil.
  • Allow the fries to chill while you make the cheese sauce.
  • Get the cheese ready and slice it into tiny pieces. Transfer to the bowl with the rest of the components for the cheese sauce.
  • Leave without a cover and pop it in your microwave for 30 seconds at a time, mixing in between until blended and melted through.
  • Toss your fries with the seasoning blend until fully coated in a mixing bowl.
  • Enjoy the fries with a side of the cheese sauce.
