- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Instructions
- Cover a baking pan with parchment paper or oil it using cooking spray. Turn on your oven to 425 F.
- Take the peel off potatoes and cut into sticks that are ¼-inch large.
- Place into a cold-water bowl. Submerge for 30 to 60 minutes. Strain, and dry on a clean towel.
