Enjoy a tasty and healthy breakfast with these 3-ingredient Banana Oatmeal Pancakes!
These oatmeal banana pancakes are the true meaning of an effortless and delicious breakfast. This only required a couple of ingredients, but you are free to add some mix-ins, vanilla, and cinnamon.
These don’t have any sugar in them nor flour, and are also low on calories and vegetarian, not to forget simple and quick to prepare, perfect for hectic mornings. You don’t have to only make these with bananas, shredded coconut is good as well as blueberries, chocolate chips, and nuts.
They’re enjoyed with some maple syrup on top, but if you’d like to make it fully healthy, use pureed strawberries or sugar-free syrup. You are able to eat these alone because the bananas already make them sweet enough, so they taste absolutely divine on their own.

🍽 Healthy banana Pancakes Made With 3 Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
If you’re adding other mix-ins consider cinnamon, shredded coconut, berries, chocolate chips, nuts, vanilla extract, raisins, etc.
All you need to do is mix oats, bananas, and eggs in a blender, getting rid of any lumps, then place a scoop on your pan to cook in regular pancake fashion. These tend to fall apart easier than flour pancakes, so make sure they’re fully cooked before turning them over.
The best way to add mix-ins is sprinkling them on after the batter is on the pan. Avoid overdoing it because they might fall apart. You can wait to garnish them with anything you like once done.
The bananas make these pancakes soft and yummy. They’re both healthy and quick to make, and your kids are sure to enjoy them! With this, you can easily start the day on a nutritious note.
No sugar, no flour and NO fuss!

Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes (Quick & Easy Recipe!)
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- Topping and mix-ins of your liking nuts, cinnamon, vanilla, berries, etc.
Instructions
- Warm up your pan over low heat.
- In a blender at low speed, combine your eggs, bananas, and oats,
- Oil your pan with some butter, cooking spray, or oil, and spoon in your batter (⅙ for each portion). They tend to fall apart easily, so the smaller the pancake the better.
- Before turning them over, make sure it’s well cooked on the pan side. Adding mix-ins to your batter won’t help it stay together, the best way is to press them on the uncooked side while in the pan.
- Turn your pancake over and wait until cooked, then redo the same process for the rest.
- Drizzle butter, peanut butter, syrup or any topping you’d like on top and enjoy!
Notes
- I recommend using a blender when mixing your batter because it makes for airy and soft pancakes, but it’s not mandatory.
- A dash of salt is important to help all the flavors pop, also half a teaspoon of cinnamon or vanilla extract. If you’re feeling creative, use some cake batter or strawberry extract as well.
- Place your mix-ins such as walnuts, chocolate chips, blueberries, pecans, shredded coconut, or raisins on the uncooked side of the pancakes.
