4 Ingredient Shredded Buffalo Chicken Recipe
Slow cooker recipes are always magic to me. All you need to do is place all your components together, and let it do its thing for a few hours. And voila!
When you cook your meat slowly, you don’t need much to make it into a tasty and full meal. Which is no exception for this buffalo chicken recipe, with the perfect balance of flavors and spices, especially when chased with a nice cold beer.
In case you’re watching your carbs, don’t use the sandwich rolls, just put your chicken in a bed of coleslaw or lettuce. It’s come out perfectly either way.
🍽 What You Need For Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

🔪 How To Make Crockpot Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
In the crockpot, transfer 3 to 4 chicken breasts.
Pour your buffalo sauce over them.
Top with the ranch seasoning mix.
Let simmer for a couple of hours, and use a fork to pull the chicken apart. Mix in a bit of butter to prevent it from drying, and there you have it!
Enjoy on a lettuce leaf or some tender hoagie rolls, after topping it with some ranch.
For sides, I highly recommend coleslaw, celery, potato chips, or carrot sticks.
