Easy Cold Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package of softened cream cheese 8 ounces
- 1 cup of sour cream
- ¼ cup of shredded parmesan
- 1 strained can of water-packed artichoke hearts 14 ounces
- 1 defrosted package of frozen spinach 10 ounces
- 1 packet of Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
- Crackers of bread for dipping
Instructions
- Use a mesh strainer to press the moisture out of the spinach.
- Strain your artichoke hearts and slice them into different sizes, leave in some big chunks but also cut some small ones.
- Mix your parmesan, sour cream, Knorr vegetable mix, and cream cheese in a bowl using a hand mixer. You can add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if your mix is too thick.
- Gently stir in your spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Give it a taste before adding in any more garlic powder, pepper, or salt.
- Pop it in your fridge until it’s party-time!
