Ingredients

  • 1 shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Half pound of pasta 3 cups
  • 24- ounce jar of spaghetti or marinara sauce
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • ½ cup of shredded parmesan
  • ¾ cup of panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  • Oil a 7 x 9 baking dish, and turn on the oven to 350 F.
  • Boil the pasta following the packaging instruction then strain it.
  • Return the pre-cooked pasta to the pot and stir in half of the cheese, the marinara sauce, 1 to 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, and the chicken.
  • Let the mix heat through over medium/low heat then lay it out in the baking dish before topping it with the rest of the parmesan and mozzarella.
  • Combine the butter, garlic powder, and panko breadcrumbs in a bowl, then scatter it on top.
  • Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15 minutes until browned.
  • Plate on its own or with a side of vegetables, breadsticks, or salad.
