- Parsley. Preferably fresh, but you can use dry parsley.

- Paprika. Either smoked paprika or sweet paprika are good.
- Bacon. This without fail makes the dish taste better, whether you use real bacon bits or make them at home.
- Cheese. The flavors of Mexican cheese blend go perfectly with this recipe.
- Green onions. These give you a colorful garnish and add a pop of flavor.
🔪 How To Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole?
- Turn on your oven to 450 F. Slice your unpeeled potatoes into cubes along with the chicken.
- Combine your potatoes with ⅓ cup of ranch in a bowl, along with a teaspoon of paprika, a tablespoon of parsley, a teaspoon of oregano, pepper, and salt. Transfer your cubes to a 9x13 inch casserole and cook without the lib on in your oven for 30 minutes. Make sure to give it a mix every 10 minutes to help them cook evenly.
- Using the same bowl, coat you chicken in the other ⅓ cup of ranch. Sprinkle in half a teaspoon of pepper and a teaspoon of salt.
- When 30 minutes have passed, take the dish out of your oven and place the chicken over the potatoes. Turn the heat down to 400 F, put foil on it to cover, and cook or 20 minutes until done.

- 4 cups of cubed Yukon gold potatoes with peel on.
- 2 pounds of chicken breast sliced into 1 inch cubes skinless and boneless
- ⅔ cup of ranch dressing separated
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Pepper and salt to liking
- 1 cup of crumbled bacon
- 1 and ½ cups of grated Mexican cheese blend
- ½ cup of sliced green onions
Instructions
- Turn on your oven to 450 F. Combine your potatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, ⅓ cup of ranch, and oregano in a bowl. Transfer to a 9x13 inch casserole and cook in your oven for 30 minutes without the lid on, while mixing each 10 minutes.

- Turn down the heat to 400 F. Use the same bowl to coat your chicken in the other ⅓ cup of ranch, pepper, and salt, and place over your potatoes. Put a foil cover on and cook for 20 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven, top with the cheese and bacon, then let it cook for another 10 minutes until the cheese is soft. Garnish with sliced green onion and serve.
