A tasty cold dip containing cottage cheese, avocado, and salsa for when you’re hosting friends or family.
This dip won’t let you down in front of your guests, everyone will gather around it! You can make it and advance and accompany it with tortilla chips when ready, with classic ingredients that are popular and cost efficient. It might not look good, but it sure will blow every other appetizer out of the park.
You would think first hand that it’s an odd combo, but once you try it, you won’t get enough! This is a no-bake dip, making it so convenient and allows you to focus on other dishes. I would also enjoy it alone on a normal day as a snack. Easily combine some cottage cheese, garlic, avocado, salsa, and enjoy! Think guacamole, but elevated.

The BEST Avocado Salsa Dip!
As you know, a good party dip always runs out quickly, and this recipe is no exception.
- 4-5 large ripe avocados
- 1 jar of salsa (16 ounces)
- 1 container of cottage cheese (16 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon of powdered or chopped garlic
- pepper and salt to your liking
Just take your go-to salsa, mix it with some mashed avocado, with some powdered or fresh garlic, salt, pepper for seasoning and finish off with cottage cheese. Before you add any salt, make sure to give it taste, because your salsa might not need any more.

Accompany with some tortilla chips when serving, whether as an appetizer for a get-together or a snack alone (if so, cut the recipe in half)
This dip is not only delicious but also nutritious. You have the healthy components in your veggie, and the protein in the cottage cheese.
